Software support customers receive operational support for their software including; assistance and help in using the software, error investigation, workarounds and fixes, as well as access to the SevenCs 24/7 customer service portal where support customers can browse product specific FAQs, ask specific questions, raise tickets, and track the status of tickets already opened.
In addition, where it is applicable to the product and the customer has selected the optional update service, the software will be updated during the year for any relevant and applicable changes in International Maritime Organisation (IMO) standards and regulations.
