A standard S-57 cell which comes out of our converters or has been created with ENC Designer has always been defined as ENC. In ENC Designer 4.2.7 this brings about that all object classes which do not comply with the ENC product specification are deleted when trying to export them from SENC to S-57. However, while working on the SENC level illegitimate object classes, e.g. $LINES, may be used. This is important for all those working with the DXF Converter or the NTX Converter. - Dictionary filename extension has changed from *.dic to *.7di. New header information in the dictionaries allows ENC Designer to display only the respective objects in the Object Editor.
