During the term of the support period, SevenCs will make commercially reasonable efforts to correct or provide a workaround for any reproducible programming error in the software that is attributable to SevenCs. The level of effort applied will be proportionate to the severity of the error.
To initiate the correction process, customers must:
- Report the error to SevenCs Support
- Provide sufficient detail to allow SevenCs to locate and reproduce the issue
Please note:
- SevenCs is not obligated to correct all errors, especially those not attributable to its software
- Errors caused by customer modifications, third-party software, or misuse of the supported software are not covered under standard support and may be billed at SevenCs’ standard rates or at customary support rates
- Only errors that are reproducible by SevenCs on unmodified or appropriately modified software are considered attributable
This approach ensures a fair and effective resolution process while maintaining the integrity and reliability of the supported software.
