We build the chart technology and routing services behind safer voyages and the next generation of autonomous shipping, with S-100 compliance at the core.
We develop advanced maritime software that enables the creation, management and distribution of official digital navigation data. Supporting the transition to S-100, our solutions empower safer, more efficient navigation across commercial shipping, defence and hydrographic operations.
Trusted by system integrators, OEMs, hydrographic offices, defence organisations and marine engineering companies, we combine deep domain expertise with proven technology. From ENC production tools and SDKs to chart distribution and routing solutions, we help our customers build compliant, high-performance navigation systems for a connected maritime future.
For decades, SevenCs’ ENC Production Tools have made marine cartographers’ work easier and more efficient.
The latest major addition is SDMS (S-100 Data Management System), a framework for the full workflow of creating navigational charts and managing associated products in the S-100 era.
SDMS covers it all, from the electronic chart’s first draft through to chart approval, updating and integration into the navigational-data system.
From the very beginning, SevenCs has been an active contributor to the development of the S-57 standard, helping lay the technical foundation for ECDIS and modern electronic navigation.
That early involvement has grown into deep, long-term cooperation with leading ECDIS manufacturers, national Hydrographic Offices, and maritime industry leaders worldwide — partnerships that continue to shape how digital charts are produced, distributed, and used at sea.
Today, SevenCs is engaged across multiple IHO S-100 working groups, helping define the next generation of hydrographic standards and ensuring our customers are ready for the S-100 era.
