Support Exclusions


While we strive to provide comprehensive assistance, certain areas are excluded from our support services. These include: 

1. Software-Related Exclusions 

  • Issues resulting from failure to implement provided fixes 
  • Lack of fundamental knowledge of relevant IHO standards (e.g., ENC data transfer, content, and display) 
  • Insufficient background in domains essential for proper software use (e.g., hydrography, marine navigation, geology) 
  • Modifications or extensions made by third parties 
  • Integration with third-party software not specified in the system design 

2. System and Infrastructure Exclusions 

  • Installation or use of hardware 
  • Operating system usage 
  • Network configuration and management 

3. Additional Exclusions 

  • Errors caused by hardware or OS malfunctions 
  • Issues due to inadequate backup of data 
  • Requests for new features or product enhancements 
  • Administrative or contractual tasks with authorities (e.g., IHO agreements) 
  • On-site support or visits
