- Modifications or extensions made by third parties
- Integration with third-party software not specified in the system design

- Installation or use of hardware
- Operating system usage
- Network configuration and management

- Errors caused by hardware or OS malfunctions
- Issues due to inadequate backup of data
- Requests for new features or product enhancements
- Administrative or contractual tasks with authorities (e.g., IHO agreements)
- On-site support or visits
